AI-Powered e-Procurement Platform
The AI e-procurement platform is the core product. It takes raw, complex tender documents, and transforms them into submission-ready outputs. The platform also matches MSMEs to relevant opportunities they would otherwise never find, provides AI-driven bid review and scoring for procurement departments, and includes a last-mile citizen monitoring feature for public procurement, which lets ordinary citizens track whether awarded contracts are actually being delivered.
Comprehensive Capacity Building
The capacity building arm ensures MSMEs don't just access tenders but can compete credibly. Training covers procurement and trade readiness, intellectual property protection, business planning, financial management, sales and marketing, technology adoption, and green business practices, covering essentially every dimension a small business needs to participate in formal procurement markets and grow.
Financing Linkages
The financing linkages offering addresses perhaps the most stubborn barrier of capital. Even MSMEs who understand a tender and prepare a strong bid are often knocked out by requirements for bank guarantees or working capital they can't produce. Innobid bridges this by connecting its users to banks, SACCOs, microfinance institutions, and development finance grants.
